Our Fundamental Policy on the Protection of Personal Information
Net Peace Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") recognizes the protection of personal information as a critical responsibility and has established and commits to complying with the following Privacy Policy.

1Personal Information Protection Policy
The Company will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Personal Information Protection Act), guidelines and directives on personal information protection, and all other applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information in connection with the handling of personal information the Company has collected.
2Security Management of Personal Information
The Company will implement appropriate organizational, physical, human, and technical measures for the protection of personal information, and will take necessary and appropriate steps to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it handles, and to ensure its overall security management.
3Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information
3-1 Collection of Personal Information
The Company operates globally, and its business processes and technology systems span multiple countries. Accordingly, in connection with the purposes of use described in Section 3-2 below, the Company may share information about customers within its group companies or transfer it to countries where the Company operates, such as Taiwan and other parts of Asia, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Where customer personal data is transferred to a country not deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, the Company will ensure the protection of customer data by incorporating standard contractual clauses into agreements between group companies.
The Company may collect personal information from general users (hereinafter "Users") or advertisers (hereinafter "Advertisers") to the extent necessary for operating the websites operated by the Company and its group companies (hereinafter "the Site").
3-2 Purposes of Use of Personal Information
The Company will not use collected personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes of use, except as required by law or with the consent of the individual concerned.
- Providing services and support by the Company and its group companies
- Operating, maintaining, and managing the Site and group company websites
- Providing and introducing services through the Site
- Conducting surveys to improve service quality
- Processing and fulfilling customer requests, orders, downloads, and other transactions
- Providing content and personal settings relevant to customers' interests and location
- Responding to customer requests, questions, comments, and concerns
- Notifying customers of changes, updates, and announcements regarding products and services
- Providing targeted advertising, promotional messages, and other information relevant to customers' interests
3-3 Disclosure of Personal Information
Except as required by law, the Company will not provide personal information collected based on an individual's consent to third parties without the individual's prior consent. Requests for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or notification of the purpose of use of personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4Changes to the Purpose of Use of Personal Information
In principle, the Company will not change the purposes of use specified in the preceding section without prior consent from the individual. However, this does not apply where the change is made within a scope that is reasonably deemed to have a substantial relationship to the original purpose of use, and the revised purpose of use is publicly announced in advance.
5Third-Party Provision of Personal Information
Where the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, it will conduct thorough due diligence on the suitability of that party and will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the party entrusted with the data.

7Transmission of Information to Third-Party Services
The Site may transmit customer information to external services for the following purposes:
- Transmission of access log data to Google (cookie identifiers, partial IP addresses, browsed page URLs, etc.) for web analytics purposes
- Transmission of form input data to our servers upon form submission (for handling inquiries and document download requests)
These transmissions occur automatically or as a result of user actions when using the Site.
8Review and Improvement of Personal Information Handling
The Company will conduct periodic audits of its personal information handling practices, management systems, and related initiatives, and will continuously improve and revise them.
9Disposal of Personal Information
When personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, the Company will erase or dispose of it. Such erasure or disposal will be carried out using methods that are necessary and appropriate to prevent external leakage or other risks.
